This page explains how users can request deletion of data connected to Spartacus.

Spartacus is an advertising management application that connects with Meta technologies, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and the Meta Marketing API.

When you connect your Meta account to Spartacus, our app may receive information needed to provide advertising management services, including your Meta user ID, business ID, page ID, ad account ID, campaign data, ad set data, ad data, creative data, audience settings, advertising performance data, access permissions, and technical logs.

We use this information only to provide the advertising management features you authorize.

How To Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data from Spartacus at any time by sending an email to:

Please use the subject:

Data Deletion Request

In your request, please include the following information if available:

Your name
The email address connected to your account
Your Meta user ID, business ID, page ID, or ad account ID
The name of the business or ad account connected to Spartacus

This information helps us identify the correct account and process your request.

You can also remove Spartacus from your Facebook account by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings and privacy.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
5. Find Spartacus.
6. Click Remove.
7. Where available, choose the option to delete data connected to the app.

After We Receive Your Request

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal data and Meta Platform Data associated with your account, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, audit, or compliance reasons.

Data that may be deleted includes:

Meta account identifiers
Business and ad account identifiers
Stored access tokens or authorization data
Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, audience, and reporting data stored by our app
Support requests connected to your account
Technical logs connected to your account, where deletion is technically possible and legally allowed

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period of time and will confirm completion by email when possible.

If your data was also stored or processed directly by Meta, you may need to manage or delete that information through your Meta account settings, Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or other Meta tools.
